Are drinks and meals served on all flights?
Yes. On our shorter flights, such as Kabul to Herat, we serve soft drinks, tea and coffee. On longer flights, we serve either a breakfast or a lunch. Please note that we observe a ban on alcohol on all flights. All flights are strictly non-smoking.
Are Kam Air tickets refundable?
Some are, some aren’t. For tickets which are, we charge 15% of the value of the ticket. Please check our schedules and fares section for more details.
Are pets allowed on flights?
Pets are not allowed in the cabins of our aircraft; however, we welcome pets that are properly secured in approved and humane flight carriers. Please contact us for more information.
Are there any restrictions for infants or children?
No, none. We welcome all junior guests and do our utmost to ensure that their flying experience is as relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
What services do you provide for infants?
Generally speaking, we make no specific allowances for junior guests. However, our flight attendants are trained to offer as much help as possible and can offer assistance with cleaning, changing and feeding.
Do you offer special food for children?
Unfortunately no. However, all our meals represent a carefully balanced diet which is suitable for both adults and children.
What sort of in-flight services do you offer?
We offer a range of services, including movies on our longer flights, complimentary newspapers in English and Farsi, food and drinks, and our popular in-flight magazine.
How about movies?
Movies are shown on our longer flights and usually include the latest international movies and documentaries. Subtitles are provided in English and Farsi.
And music?
Yes, we provide music. A full range of music channels is provided, catering to a range of tastes from contemporary rock to classical and easy listening.
Are taxis or limousines provided on arrival?
No, although our ground staff can assist guests with finding suitable transport to the destination of their choice.
Does Kam Air have VIP lounges
At this moment in time, no. However, we are presently considering the possibility of introducing special VIP facilities to serve the needs of our business and first class guests.
How about facilities for disabled passengers.
Generally speaking, the requirements of mobility-impaired travelers are beyond the control of Kam Air. That said, we do our utmost at all times to cater to the special needs of guests who require additional care and assistance.
